Faial Sauce Mix
Faial Sauce Mix
After Faial Restaurant closed its two locations in Smithfield, RI in 2015, I set out to duplicate thier sauce into a mix that anyone could make at home themselves. I loved their sauce. They used to serve it with bread while you looked over the menu and waited for your food order.
This is the perfect dipping and seasoning sauce. It will add that special taste of the Azores to all your favorite dishes. It's just as good with meat pasta and seafood. Discover your favorite way to use this sauce with the taste of the islands.
Crushed Piri Piri peppers give this spicy, tangy sauce all you will need for your bread to absorb this delicious sauce.
